Focused and accountable in July
Stay focused.
July brings a 5 week month and whilst I may miss one Friday and two Monday mornings, I’m pretty much here for all the morning live and longer, technique sessions. That’s Monday through to Saturday. For 5 weeks!
We’re going to achieve a lot this month! And always fun, of course!
We’ve been trialling out pre-recorded sessions for the odd mornings I can’t always do and it’s great to see how many of you still squeeze that 15 min core or 30 min yoga in, everyday.
Well done and keep up the good work!
The Video Library is getting an update of classes this week too.

Whether you aim to achieve that one session per week; 2-3 or even 5 classes each week; when you make that commitment at the beginning of the week/month and tell someone, you’re more likely to do it.
Of course, you can still just message me individually, like a lot of you do.

As a Member you also get a 15 minute, 1-2-1 session to discuss your personal needs, goals or just have a check in and ask questions.
This month, I’ve helped people online in their 1-2-1 sessions with headstand and handstand goals. Worked on jump backs and jump throughs. Discussed the pain of trapped nerves and how to use the pain.
I do love hearing and seeing your progress.
