Jaunty Goat Sunday Yoga Sessions are back!

We're so excited to be hosting Sunday morning yoga sessions at the gorgeous Jaunty Goat on Northgate St, Chester, again. It's home to their delicious plant-based only venue. Think delicious cakes, tasty brekkies, like pancakes and porridge and superb coffee.

Yoga starts at 8am, where we'll have exclusive access to the Northgate Jaunty Goat. Emma, The Good Food Yogi, will walk you through an hour-long yoga session, suitable for all levels, leaving you feeling energised, invigorated and relaxed. You're sure to have a good appetite after yoga, so stay and enjoy a super tasty, plant-based breakfast and coffee to really set you up for the day. All yoga participants will be able to enjoy 20% off their Jaunty Goat breakfast bill after attending the yoga session. Now that's my kind of Sunday!

Dates are now live on the website to book. Just select the session you'd like to attend.
