So much more than just stretching!

Feeling more open in the body and chest, allows us to breathe deeper and wakes up our brain with more oxygen. It boosts the testosterone hormone in the body whilst also lowering our cortisol stress hormones too. Did you know that a lot world leaders, have very high levels of testosterone and very low levels of cortisol. Probably why they don’t give a fluff about what anyone else thinks!!

Our online community is growing week by week.

The morning 7am Club classes are going really well and there’s some regulars diving in a few times a week, if not every week day!! Now, that’s dedication!

There’s a definitely a good (or even a little smug) feeling of getting your exercise in for the day, done and dusted by 7:30am or even 8am (if you join Core Strength!). It leaves the rest of the day free to be productive and start on the right foot, with a strong posture and confident mindset.
