The Good Food Yogi
Emma, a Senior Yoga Teacher with over 10 years’ experience, takes individuals on a journey of self-discovery, helping each person to recognise and correct the various degrees of muscle imbalance within their body that is perhaps restricting them in their daily life and their sports/hobbies.
