Join us this summer in our sun-soaked corner of the park for Yoga Brunch.
Begin your session with fresh fruit juice followed by a 60-minute mood-boosting yoga class and brought to a close with a delicious pastry brunch.
Suitable for all levels and led by Emma Garland, The Good Food Yogi whose class will enhance confidence and posture.
NOTE: Please remember to bring your own yoga mat with you.

Winter Yoga - Retreat Away: Friday 15 December, 10am-2pm
In colder months we can typically retreat indoors. However, time spent outdoors in nature can be a great way to boost the mind and body, as well as the immune system. Experiencing natural sunlight can boost your mood and productivity.
Join us on this special Winter day retreat on Friday 15th December, 10am - 1pm
New handstand technique class
Every Tuesday evening in Chester, we’ll be learning skills and techniques to improve your inversions; like handstands, headstands, forearm pose and other arm balancing poses too.
This Technique Class is free to those who attend the Tuesday evening 6-7pm Vinyasa Flow Yoga class.
