1-2-1 yoga sessions are now available in-person or online to help improve and progress your development.

Whether you're wanting to learn the basics or scrub up on your techniques, then an hour-long, one-to-one session might be just what you need.

If you’re not local, then perhaps an online session works just as well. The online session is 30-40 minute session and you can access the recording of the session at any time after this also.

In this session, I can help provide 3-4 additional exercises to help you improve on something more specific, perhaps in terms of a particular posture or an injury you’re recovering from. Perhaps there's a tricky posture you want to be able to breakdown and understand or you have a weak area you would like to strengthen further. Or perhaps you just want to check you are doing some things correctly.
