Rebrand incoming - you were the brief!

Ta da! It’s here…introducing the new branding for The Good Food Yogi!

We’ve had a little makeover and refresh of the old logo. I’d love to hear your thoughts!

The design brief = You

This is was the design brief…..

When I think of all the things that I love about our fabulous online and in-person community; I think of joy, of laughter, of kindness; of smiles.

The second I open Zoom for a live yoga or core class and see everyone having a chat and asking about the weather. It just fills me with joy and makes me smile! Even at 7:45am!

I think of the way that we challenge and explore our movements in our live and online classes and how we have fun in doing so.

We don’t take ourselves too seriously and we don’t beat ourselves up if we can’t do a balance or posture.

Instead we think of how to make it ours.

We try to own a particular posture for ourselves.

In that it may look completely different for someone else but for us it feels right to do something slightly different because it benefits us as an individual, whether it’s a better stretch or we feel more strength or we enjoy more of a twist, even if it’s not a twist posture.

We feel it and we make the most of it for ourselves because it feels good!

So here it is….FUN, FRIENDLY and NOT TOO SERIOUS. I love that each letter is a different shape. Like each and every one of us, we all like to make different shapes with our individual bodies, because it feels bloody good.

I hope you like it….

You can thank the fab team Nic and Benji at All That’s Good for this joyful bit of design and the website too. They’ve just set up a stunning little shop in Chester on Northgate St, next door but one to Jaunty Goat.

Pop in and say hi if you’re passing, and give them a pat on the back. Bravo. I love it!
