Yoga Weekend Retreat - WOW

Wow oh wow, what an amazing weekend we had at our May 2024 Yoga Weekend Retreat. It was so much fun to host, teach and cook.

The weather was brilliant, with fabulous sunshine so we spent most of our time outside, including sitting round the campfire on Saturday evening and watching the northern lights on Friday evening.

Be sure to follow me on Instgram to see what we got up to.

We had a lovely group of people who really threw themselves into the yoga; the plant-based wholefood; the swimming; the sauna and the cold water bucket too!

We have one more yoga Weekend Retreat this year, in September and have a couple of spots remaining, if you’d like to join us. Don’t just take my word for how good these weekends are!

“An 11 out of 10 weekend with Emma at this brilliant venue. Peace, quiet, fresh air, rolling hills... and the chance to pretty much spend the weekend 'outdoors' moving the body and being very well fed - what's not to love.

I went with a friend - and it made for a great relaxed weekend to spend time together. There were others who came alone - and the group felt warm, connected and full of laughter.

Emma is a great yoga teacher (I hadn't done yoga for ages!) and a brilliant chef - and it just felt like all the little details had been thought about - so it was relaxed in timings and full of beautiful things.

The wild swim was a great afternoon activity - and the sauna option post swim was a real bonus. Can't recommend highly enough - I plan to go back again.”
