Yoga Classes

Indulge your body and mind, as you flow through a series of strength-building and stretching postures, allowing yourself to breathe deep and free your mind, developing a calmer sense of wellbeing. Weekly yoga classes available, including Ashtanga Yoga Classes in Chester and Hawarden. Yoga newbies are welcomed with open arms at these very social classes. 

Emma has been teaching since 2013 and brings her years of experience to all of her classes, with helpful tips and techniques to further your yoga journey.

Yoga Workshops

Create a deeper awareness of your body to give yourself a better understanding of your body and its capabilities. Improve your practice or start from scratch with tips and techniques to develop your skills and deepen your practice. With helpful monthly yoga workshops as well as hands-on adjustments, there’s plenty of options to allow you to further your yoga journey. 

Yoga workshops can provide a better understanding of yoga postures, where you can learn helpful tips to improve muscle engagement to avoid potential injuries. Workshops can often be a little longer than yoga classes, allowing us to explore postures more thoroughly, including checking postures are being performed correctly and looking at modifications to allow everyone to be able to achieve the objective of the posture.

Workplace Wellbeing

Increase productivity, improve general health and well-being and see your team thrive. Bring yoga classes to your workplace with a corporate yoga class. Lunch, pre or post work hours. Various payment options available. Get in touch for a taster session.  

Yoga 1-2-1s 

Whether it’s a one-off session to help modify after an injury or provide an intro to yoga before attending classes; or perhaps just more regular classes at a time and location that suits you; we can provide personal and in-depth 1-2-1 yoga sessions. Ensuring yoga postures are performed correctly with hands-on yoga adjustments and advice can enable you to further enhance your practice more quickly than a group yoga class, with one on one attention and personal guidance, tailored to you. Yoga 1-2-1s can also become yoga 1-2-2s also, allowing you to share the cost of a session.

Festivals and Events

Whether you just want one session or maybe several in a day, or a weekend, we can tailor our sessions to suit your event, festival or special day. Yoga sessions designed to re-energise your body and liberate your mind, giving you the get and up and go to party all night. With an array of classes to choose from, we have something for everyone, from gentle taster sessions, to the full Primary Series; an insight for complete beginners, to exploration animal yoga for the little ones; it’s a chance to totally indulge in you-time, take some time out and enjoy a really good stretch.

SUP Yoga

Take your yoga to the great outdoors and enjoy a SUP yoga class on a stand-up paddle board. Enjoy a core-strengthening paddle to wake up the body, followed by a series of standing, seated and balancing poses to build a super strong core and test your balance. Breathe in the fresh air and feel a real sense of calm on the open water. Great for team-building.

Meditate

Breathe Life. Learn how to use your breath to deepen each and every posture. 

Inhale. Exhale. Said so often but very much taken for granted. If you’re out of practice then a yoga class could help you find your way back to deeper breathing, relieving stress and creating a sense of calm for the body and mind.

in the Workplace

We create virtual and on-site wellbeing experiences for organisations and companies across North Wales and the North West and virtually across Europe.

Our wellbeing experiences are tailor-made to your industry and culture. Whether it’s a wellbeing intro day; or a smarter look at our postures and the different types, or regular, weekly office yoga sessions that are 20; 30; 45 or 60 minutes long.

Classes are accessible to everyone, to ensure everyone enjoys the sessions and reaps the benefits. Modifications are always provided throughout the class, whether you’re looking after yourself with a little more care, or you’re wanting to take it up a notch.

Emma is able to deliver the right level of detail and modification to each position to ensure that every individual in the group can get fully involved.
