If you’re used to my online classes, you’ll know that I’ll make subtle, detailed suggestions. Ah, the beauty of online!
E.g. Press big toes down, whilst trying to lift all the other toes! Then push through the outer heels at the same time!
Try it.
It works.
As we get familiar with the yoga poses and shapes themselves, we can sometimes get a little complacent.
This is natural. It’s also the next step of progression.
Yoga is a tool to help us gain greater awareness.
Awareness of our body and our minds too.
So I’m here.

Start checking in with the body.
What can you feel? Where can you feel it?
What happens if I push more with this muscle? Or pull more with this muscle?
Can I feel more strength? Feel more of a stretch? Is that where I need it?

We forget our worries.
Just for a little while.
And it’s in this space.
Where we change the focus.
We learn.
We grow.
