Yoga in Hawarden: Hip-opening focus

Yoga Workshop: Hips, glutes and hamstrings

Friday 8 November, 9:30am - 11:30am

@Gladstone's Library, Hawarden

Workshop: To open hips, strengthen glutes and stretch hamstrings

Join us for a two hour yoga workshop to explore opening the hips. This can be really helpful to learn which hip, glute and leg muscles to strengthen and stretch, to help reduce lower back or sciatica pain.

In a similar style to the regular Tuesday morning yoga class that takes place at Gladstone's Library, we will have a little longer to really deep dive and explore more about the hips, glutes and hamstrings and how little tweaks to your body and everyday movement can help relieve tired, tense muscles.

We'll move through some standing, balancing and seated postures, including a lovely relaxation at the end too.

Suitable for all ages and levels, including beginners who are curious about how yoga may help. It's also suitable to pregnant women looking to relieve tension and pressure.

This workshop is £26 or half price to Strength for Life members.
Use your usual code, which you can access within your membership.

The class includes a coffee or tea after the workshop also.
